INNOVATION THAT WORKS

Problem + Innovators = Engineered Solutions

QUALITY

16 oz. Design –

For systems that operate with greater flow or with increased pressures, Sawyer Industries offers a 16 ounce rated tank.  Our 16 ounce tank has been engineered to operate at a higher pressure than typical oilfield tanks which are most often rated at 4 ounces of pressure.

Seamless Bottom Design –

Our tanks are made on cylindrical molds called mandrels by using the filament wound / chop hoop method.  The mandrels include a solid bottom which allows for the tank shells to be made with an integral bottom, thus eliminating a bottom seam and minimizing the risk of a leak.

Ribbed Top Design –

Sawyer Industries builds some of the best tank tops in the industry.  Our tops are robust and can withstand greater loads than most other tank manufacturer’s tops.  To further strengthen our tops, we incorporate a ribbed reinforcement system onto each tank top.

Premium Glass and Resins and Fittings –

We use only premium grade resins in our manufacturing process.

We source only the best glass fiber and we use only premium machined fiberglass fittings.

ASSET PROTECTION

Pre-Bonded Design -

All Conductive Surfaces are bonded together at our factory allowing for easy connectivity in the field.  Contractors simply need to attach the ground wire to one of the two provided ground bolts at the bottom of each tank.

We place two ground bolts on each tank at 180 degrees apart to allow for easier access to the grounding system.  All connections are inspected at our facility to ensure proper continuity throughout the system.

MAT IPSUM

Upon request, through a strategic partnership with Mat Ipsum LLC, we may provide a lightning protection (LP) design for your facilities complete with a "bill of materials" free of charge to our customers. Our superior LP designs incorporate a conductive fabric-like material that will dramatically increase the contact surface of your grounding conductor. Used in conjunction with our Pre- Bonded Tanks, it can drastically reduce your exposure to risk.

BIG THINKERS | NARROW FOCUS

To be the best, you have to build the best.

Sawyer Industries has developed and maintains a Quality Management System (QMS) along with a Quality Management System Manual (QMSM).

As part of the QMS, Sawyer Industries has implemented Inspection and Testing Protocols to ensure that our customers are receiving quality products that are reliable and durable.

Inspection begins at the very start of fabrication as raw materials are checked and inventory is properly stored and allocated.  During the fabrication process, a series of In-Process Inspections take place. We also test the cure of each tank shell with a Barcol Hardness Test. Prior to certification for shipping, each tank undergoes a hydrostatic test to check for any leaks. No tank leaves our facility if it has not met our quality standards.

To further enhance our commitment to quality, Sawyer Industries has implemented and adopted a Quality Policy.  The Quality Policy is designed to grow a Quality First culture within our fabrication facility.

Our Promise:

Sawyer Industries strives to produce quality fiberglass products with a goal of limiting and/or eliminating product defects and process errors; thus providing our customers with quality fiberglass products for use in their systems.

If you are not satisfied, we will make it right. Period.
