CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms are net 30 days with approved credit. Prices are F.O.B. shipping point, usually our dock in San Antonio, Texas. Any payments not made within the terms and conditions will be subject to a finance charge of 2% per month.

All freight shortages and damages must be filed within ten (10) days after receipt of merchandise. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the freight carrier. We make every effort to ship all merchandise by the least expensive and most reliable method of transportation OR per your requested method and carrier.

General warranty on merchandise covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery except where noted. Sawyer Industries will make adjustments for defects in workmanship and/or materials based on condition of merchandise and at our option will replace or refund original purchase price. This policy is void if the item has been tampered with or has been misused, abused or not used for the purpose intended. Defective merchandise or returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON ALL BOXES AND RETURN INFORMATION. To obtain a RA number, please call 1-800-SAWYER'S.

All returned items (except for warranty claims) must be returned within ten (10) days of delivery.

All returns will be subject to inspection and a restocking/re-boxing fee of 20% with a minimum of $5.00.

No returns can be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. All merchandise must be returned with shipping pre-paid. We will not accept collect shipments on return merchandise with or without Return Authorization Number.
